Nepal Government asked to brief the House about rape of girl in Kanchanpur

Kathmandu, July 29 (RSS): Speaker Krishna Bahadur Mahara has directed the government to brief the House of Representatives about the rape of a girl in Kanchanpur.
During the zero-hour and special meeting of today’s House of Representatives, the lawmakers drew the government’s attention to take action against the guilty, saying a 13-year-old Nirmala Panta of Bhimduttanagar Municipality-3 was raped and murdered in a sugarcane farm.
After the demand of lawmakers, Speaker Mahara drew the government’s attention to brief the House about the incident.
